We love a challenge, and want to make your event as special as possible. So, if you have a special request or do not see what you are looking for, please call the café and speak with our food service professionals so we can help create a special package designed for your catering requirements.
A valid cost center is required for inter-company charges. The account holder agrees to adhere to the Estee Lauder Corporate Travel, Entertainment, Meeting and Business Expense Policy
All catering and café chit charges will be posted to your accounts cost center. By placing a catering order or café chit request, the account holder authorizes payment for the services provided. Café chit charges will be posted to the individual café chit request once the café chit has been closed out and the registers receipts have been totaled. We do accept cash and EL Corporate American Express credit cards as other forms of payment. Please contact the café manager regarding cash and credit card payments.
We understand plans sometimes change. Please let us know ASAP if you must cancel an order please use the “cancel” feature in our on line catering order system. We will do our best to honor your cancellation completely. We do request a minimum of four (4) hours or more prior to the pickup or delivery time. Cancellation charges may apply.
